Surety bond in construction field. It includes bid bond (general contractor and sub-contractor), contract bond (general contractor and sub-contractor), proprietary payment bond, supervision performance bond, and maintenance bond.
Clients may apply for construction field investment guarantee and investment services by filling up the Application for Trust Guarantee (guarantee business) or Application for Financing (investment business or investment and guarantee business) made by the Department. The Department will give a preliminary response to the clients within three working days after receiving and checking the application materials.
